Start your day 2 with an amazing morning game drive , return for breakfast, after then you will leave for Serengeti National Park. En-route, you will  have a picnic lunch, as you proceed to the never ending plains of Serengeti National Park, where you might spot wild game like Topi, Buffalos water bucks, hartebeests, among others.

Day 3. Serengeti National Park

Today you will spend the whole day in the Park. Set off in the morning after breakfast for a full day game drive. Expect to see lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and rhinos, honey badger, mongoose, otter, wild dog, monkey, baboon, and unlimited wildebeest and zebra among others

Apart from the wide landscape, the park also consists of areas of forest and dense bush where we may find hippo and crocodile.

You can visit the park all year round but there is less game in the park during the dry season – July /October, where they migrate to the Masai Mara in Kenya. During March to May the herds move in search of grazing to the southern section and in May to June, they move towards the western corridor of the park. Serengeti in the low season will still offer game viewing to match that of any park in Africa, and for some, the fact that there will be fewer tourists may be an added bonus.

Day 4. Serengeti/Ngorongoro crater

After breakfast, jump onto the 4×4 jeep and proceed with the morning game drive, with picnic lunch then transfer to Ngorongoro conservation via Olduvai Gorge for a short visit.  Arrive Ngorongoro in the evening. Meals and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 5. Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Following your morning breakfast, you we’ll drive through springs, forest, and grasslands spying wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and the big cats that stalk them. The Ngorongoro also hosts endangered black rhinos where they continue to breed in the wild.

Here in this land of the lion and leopard, you may also find flamingoes at the alkaline waters of Lake Magadi.

Lunch will be enjoyed in the wilderness, then after continue with an afternoon game drive, before ascending the steep crater walls in the evening.

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals. Ngorongoro and other freestanding mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million years ago. When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.
