Day 1: Arusha- Ngorongoro Crater
Morning pick up from The Arusha Airport or from your Arusha Hotel. Embark on the drive to the drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Arrive for lunch and check-in at the Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge. Later; descend into the Ngorongoro Crater Floor, for a nice game viewing activity here. Return to the Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge. Full board
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater- Serengeti
Breakfast. Take your morning drive to the Serengeti National Park. On arrival; check-in and have lunch at the Serengeti Mawe Tented Camp. Enjoy your afternoon game viewing drive at the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and overnight at the Serengeti Mawe Tented Camp. Full board
Day 3: Serengeti Full day
This 1 full extra day is spent at the Serengeti National Park enjoying full day game viewing drives; with your packed lunches. Overnight at the Serengeti Mawe Tented Camp. Full board
Day 4: Serengeti-Kigali
Breakfast. Morning game drive at the Park. Transfer to the Seronera Airstrip. Take the scheduled flight to the Kigali City in Rwanda via Tarime Airstrip; with your packed lunches. On arrival, you are met by our representative and transferred to the Lemigo Hotel, Kigali for overnight. Breakfast & Lunch
Day 5: Kigali- Volcanoes National Park
Breakfast at the Lemigo Hotel, Kigali. Morning pick up and embark on a sight-seeing/orientation tour of Kigali City featuring the Genocide Memorial Museum and the Kandt House (Museum of Natural History. Later, take lunch at one of the Kigali Restaurants and soon thereafter; depart Kigali and drive north-west of the country to the Ruhengeri area which will take about 3 hours. Arrive at the Mountain Gorilla View Lodge in the late afternoon, for check-in. Dinner and overnight at the Mountain Gorilla View Lodge. Full board
Day 6: Volcanoes- Kigali
Early breakfast at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge. Soon thereafter; you are being transferred to the park headquarters for registration of your gorilla trek and allocation of the particular gorilla family to visit. You are briefed about the trekking procedures as well as the “do’s and don’ts” while in the presence of gorillas. At the end of the trek, rejoin your driver-guide and transfer back to your lodge for freshening-up and lunch. Later in the afternoon, depart and drive south-westwards back to Kigali to arrive in the late afternoon and are in good time transferred to the Kigali International Airport for your outbound flight.
