11 Days Kenya Safari & Mombasa Beach Family Tour Itinerary offers a 10 day Kenya Family safari to Olpegeta Conservancy, Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Naivasha & Mombasa for a beach leisure holiday.

Come explore Lake Naivasha; Kenya is a birdwatchers dream, Then, the Maasai Mara- which is renowned for the Great Migration of millions of herbivores and the Maasai and Samburu tribes people live and tend to their livestock alongside the resident wildlife. Finally, explore Kenya’s coast- with its beautiful beaches, spectacular coral reefs and fascinating towns with an Arabic flavor.
Detailed itinerary of the 11 days Kenya Family Wildlife and Mombasa beach holiday
Day 1: Welcome To Kenya
Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to the hotel. A welcome meeting will be held to give you an overview of your safari and what to expect. Dinner is not included tonight, but there are many good restaurants available in the city. Emara Hotel
Day 2: Nairobi – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
From the Hotel in the early morning after breakfast, proceed to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, passing through the coffee and tea plantations crossing the equator. Arrive in time for lunch at your Sweetwaters Serena camp. Head for the afternoon game drive in the private sanctuary that has plenty of wildlife…elephants, rhino, lion, buffalo, Oryx, silver backed jackal etc. Dinner and overnight will be at the Sweetwaters Serena camp.
Day 3: Full day at Olpejeta
Enjoy a full day game drive at Ol Pejeta with unlimited game drives during the day including a visit to the chimp sanctuary or you could opt for activities like guided walks, visits to the Manyatta, night game drives, Lion tracking etc available at the camp (extra cost), Meals and overnight at the Sweetwaters Serena camp.
Day 4 Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Lake Naivasha
Transfer by road to Lake Naivasha. Here you have the option of visiting Elsamere Farm and going on a scenic boat ride. Please note these are at an additional expense and can be arranged directly with your guide. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Lake Naivasha Elementaita Serena tented camp.
Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast leave Naivasha for Maasai Mara driving past the Maasai town of Narok arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, take an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge
Day 6: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
On these days you’ll spend your mornings and evenings on game drives through the Maasai Mara. You can also partake in an optional balloon safari over the reserve. This activity is possible on both days, but recommended for day 6. The balloon safari is a popular activity, so pre-booking is essential to avoid disappointment. Dinner at Mara Serena Lodge.
Day 7: Maasai Mara Nairobi – Mombasa
After breakfast you are transferred to the Maasai Mara Airstrip for your flight to Nairobi to connect to you flight to mombasa. Dinner and overnight Baobab or Neptune Beach Resort
Days 8, 9 & 10: Mombasa South Beach
Spend 3 days at leisure to relax on the beach or take in various optional activities on offer; visit Mombasa Old Town, Mombasa Marine National Park, boat trips and various water sports. Please note all of these activities are at an additional cost. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Baobab or Neptune Beach Resort.
Day 11: Mombasa- Depart
Today you will be transferred to Mombasa (Moi) International Airport in time to catch your international flight home. Services end upon arrival at the airport.
